Glitch using Matching Drop-down

As you can see, on two of the matching questions the drop-down menu does not have the "Select" text, and we're not sure how this happened? Thoughts?

Hi Nathan,
I apologize for the issues that you're having. Does this only occur during Preview or does it also occur in the published version? Also, can you post what the text actually is so that I can test it on my side?
Hi Brian, I have this happening in a couple of quizes as well, happens on preview and publish
