Go to question group if and only if quiz passed?

Hello all - 

I have run into an issue I am having some problems with. The initial idea the customer had was to have both a graded quiz and a survey in the course, housed in Presenter. The survey should only pop up if the user has passed the initial quiz. This was no problem due to the ability in Presenter to say "If passed" or "if failed". Easy.

The kicker is that we need to have both interactions commit data to the LMS. Right now it seems that only the quiz that is used to say if they have passed or failed commits data (in SumTotal Learning Maestro, anyways). I also attempted to place both sets of questions in one quiz, but cannot put together if i would be possible to set up a scenario where passing and ONLY passing leads them to the survey questions within the same Quizmaker interaction. Is there any way to accomplish this task?
