Erwin, have you tried to consider LMS implications?
The Goodbye.html page is historically a blank, "fake", page needed for the LMS player to handle tracking events properly.
I've noticed that Safari on iPad skips the goodbye.html display when closing a course, while the javascript code is tracking the event and writing scorm data in the LMS database. I realized this in my Forma LMS, and I was happy because it's nice that the user is sent to che LMS course page; fora example, this didn't work in Moodle, because of the player's code...
I don't know specific technical details, but you could go into deep googling it in the web. I can only tell you that although I always customize the look and feel of goodbye.html web page for aesthetic purposes, I would NEVER make it important for the training FLOW. Why don't you use the Articulate quiz result slides at the end of the course?

Thank you for the reply Stefano! I thought this thread is dead and no body seems to give me suggestions even the staff of Articulate.
My apology of my late reply. I've been busy of doing all the eLearning modules.
I can use the Articulate results page as my goodbye note for the user. But the problem here is when you click FINISH button, It will close the entire page (viewing in Safari). This can be considered as a disturbance in the flow of the course.

Hi Erwin!
We do not support modifying the published output, so hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you.
Hi Leslie,
"We do not support modifying the published output" ?
Im not modifying the published output Leslie
It's Articulate browser support feature.
In Chrome and Firefox, goodbye.html still shows if FINISH button is clicked, BUT in Safari it dosent, it close the browser then gone.
Is this another bug?
Please help.
Perhaps I am misunderstanding then Erwin. Would you be able to share your .quiz file for me to have a look at?
Hi Leslie,
I've attached the .quiz file.
Please try it using an iPad.
Thanks.
Hi Erwin!
