We currently use the email results option with a perl script to record quiz results into our SQL database. Recently, part of our company moved from Microsoft Outlook to Outlook Web Access. Those users are now getting an error: “Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not
properly installed”. Has anyone encountered this error & hopefully found a work around?

Sounds like you are utilizing Quizmaker '09. We have support article here for reasons your email results feature may not work as expected.
Hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you.
