I tried to install the freeware of the Articulate 360 on the same laptop that where my Articulate Studio '13 where installed to check the features. Unfortunately it failed to install due to some error. It affected some of my Microsoft Office also removing my Articulate Quizmaker. I'm trying to uninstall/repair my Articulate Studio '13 to remove or return all the files but it always deny me prompting me that I have Quizmaker Running and need to close it first. I shutdown my laptop several times but still having the same problem. Hope you can help.

You will only be able to have one version of Studio installed on your computer, but our team can help get you back up and running.
