HELP - Presenter 09 Quiz to Presenter 13

We have been having some issues with converting 09 quizzes to 13. We need to give the user the option to "finsh" or to "Retry Quiz." The 13 version only gives you the option to continue. If you go back to the quiz, you are not able to take it, even though it is set to unlimited tries. We have tried EVERY combination of settings and we still can't find a solution. Someone please help.

Generally, the "Retry", "Finish" and "Review" options are provided on a results slide within a quiz in Quizmaker '09 and '13.
The image you posted for the 09 version looks a bit different from what's typically shown after submitting a question - also, from what I can see, it looks like the project was in a custom player. Do you know how this quiz was developed and if any additional programming packages (or SDK) were used to create the project? It looks like the feedback prompt was modified to include those buttons, but the default supported option is to display them on the final results slide.
With Quizmaker '13, you can provide the "Retry" button on a results slide. To do so, make sure you have the "Questions" view open, or the main area of Quizmaker. From here, click on the "Edit Results" button along the ribbon.
On the right-hand side, you will be able to enable the retry, review and other options available to learners. You can customize this slide as well.

Yes, we did create a custom skin. I didn't even consider that and it must be the issue if there is no way to have the "Retry Quiz" and "Finish" button on the same feedback window. We will have to find a different solution.
