It sounds like you'd like to add some custom buttons to your results slide. There is not a huge amount of slide real estate inbetween the shown results and the "review quiz" button - but if you play around with the sizing of your custom buttons a bit - you should be able to make it work.
Once you've got your buttons set up in the correct places, you'll then need to add triggers to each determining what will happen when they click each button. Here is a tutorial to help you in adding triggers.
My apologies - I was in Storyline mode and misread your post.
You can't add a button to the results slide, but you could update either the text that the user received (based on passing or failing) and there is the ability to have the user be directed to a link after completing the quiz. You'll find this option in the "Pass Results" or "Fail results" tab within Quizmaker. Once there, you'll see at the bottom the option for "Finish action" that looks like below where you can specify a web address they'll visit.
Any outside programming would not be something we'd support, but there may be community members who have creative solutions for what you're looking to do.

We are using articulate quiz maker 09 and the solution youprovided is articulate storyline and we don't have this software.
So is it possible to add button or link in quiz maker 9
