I have a quiz embedded in presenter which requires one retry upon failure. I have tested the quiz in preview and published mode, in presenter and as a standalone quiz. The retry button does not work in any scenario.
I also cross compared all the settings (in quiz maker, presenter and at the slide level) to a previous quiz (also embedded into presenter) that does work. The settings are all identical.
Can you share the .quiz file here with us or share more information about what isn't working? When you click it does the course just stop where it is or just go back into the quiz but the user can't answer any questions? Are you using the latest update of Quizmaker and working on local project files?

Hi Ashley - I sent the info on a very small quiz to to support engineers. I have five other larger courses with quizes with a similar issue. I had not encountered this on previous quizes.
I am using the most up to date version of 13 and working in my c-drive.
When I fail the quiz, the retry button is there, however when I click on it it does nothing. (It is supposed to bring be back to the beginning of the quiz for my sevond attempt.
I'm just checking in on your case and it seems that Karla shared some additional information with you and a copy of your course. If you're still having difficulty definitely connect with Karla by responding to the email and share what's occurring when you test that.
