Hot Spot Question

I am getting a strange problem I have never encountered before. When I look at my hot spot question the image is cut off and placed in the top left corner. Below is the image in the form.
Here is the image in preview (looks the same published) No matter what type or size of image I use they all encounter this problem.

Your screen capture looks a bit like Karen's screen capture in this Forum Thread. In that particular case, Karen needed to switch to 96 dpi in order to resolve the problem.
If that doesn't resolve the problem for you, I would recommend uploading your .quiz file via a support case so that we can take a look. Thanks!
