You can assign different point values for individual responses. If you haven't seen it already, you might want to take a look at this tutorial. Hopefully the information in that tutorial will help with what you're looking to accomplish.
Thanks, but that doesn't do what I need. I noticed that with Matching Drop-down and Matching Drag and Drop, you can't score by "Answer". It's not available in the dropdown. I want to be able to have one question that has 10 words with matching definitions. If they get one match correct, they get one point, if they get 3 correct they get 3 points, etc...
