I did some digging and found that the drag and drop matching questions automatically shrink the text so it can fit inside. There isn't a way to modify that text size at this time, but I've passed your need for that function along to our product team – you should receive a confirmation email for it shortly!
A Matching Drop Down question type is a common alternative – with the ability to resize the Choice text boxes in Slide View.
