I'm not sure if I'm following your second question, but if you are asking about partial credit for a multiple response question, then no, that is not possible.

What about "Matching Drop-Down" question and "Matching Drag and Drop" question, would partial credit be possible if user has selected part of matching pairs correctly? Please kindly advise. Thank you.
One more question about QuizMaker '13. How can I add the feature of showing "point value" for current question, and feature of showing "Score so far" in one exam paper? The attached image is for your reference. Thank you!

Is there a feature of "Email Result" in QuizMaker '13? I recall QuizMaker '09 has it but I can't find it in '13. Thanks.
We want every feature in our software to work well. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in our products anymore.
We want every feature in our software to work well. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in our products anymore.

For QuizMaker '13 and Quiz slide in Storyline, is it possible to show "Point Value" for current question and "Score so far" for current exam? Like the image shown in my previous post, right above my question of "Email Result" feature.
That is no longer a feature in Quizmaker '13 either. If this is something that you would like to see, you could submit that as a feature request to our development team.
