how to format survey results when emailed?

I'm developing a post-module evaluation survey for my client in Quizmaker.  I did a test to see what the results look like when they are emailed.  This is what she received.  I thought the results would be in a tabular format, similar to how they look when printed.  Is there something I can do on my end to improve the formatting of the survey when they are emailed to her.  Getting results that look like this isn't very helpful.
