How to make 1 time access by user to the quiz after user answer all the questions, submit all the answer, close the window. So, when user try to open the quiz, it can not be access anymore?
This feature is found when you Edit Results as a graded result slide is required for retry options. Be sure that you specify for both pass and fail results. You can read more about that here.
Please note, that this only controls this 'instance' of the course and your LMS would control the user re-accessing the content.
