The default set up for the matching drag and drop is only 2 columns. If you would like to see different set up, you can always submit a feature request.
Just noticed that you posted this here as well. Like I said in the other thread, I would suggest using a freeform drag and drop. After looking at the doc you attached, I feel like I have a better understanding of what you're trying to achieve. I set the question up a little differently, but I think the result is the same. Here is a screenshot of my version. I have attached the .quiz file. Hopefully that helps! If not, let me know.
Sorry that I still can not open the attachment coz it says you are using an earlier version comparing to mine. Ours is the latest version 13. Could you please help? Thanks.
I have downloaded it successfully. However it is working but I found out it is difficult to apply specific marks on it. For instance, i set 4 points on this slide, once there is wrong answer in one connecting question, the user will get 0. I attached another example, and this is the exact one I want.
There are two connecting questions in one slide, if one connecting question is wrong, the whole side will get 0. I want each carry 2 points, if one is wrong, the user still can get 2 points. Is this possible?
Unfortunately Quizmaker does not have a feature for partial scoring, but I'd encourage you to submit a feature request if you'd like. If you are set on partial scoring, as a workaround, I would suggest breaking this exercise up into several different exercises (one for the A's, one for the B's, and one for the C's)
To shuffle the answers, just select shuffle like with any other question type (see screenshot).
If you don't want the first column to be draggable, then simply remove put those items in the drag item column (see screenshot). I've done a version of the quiz where the first column is not draggable and attached it.

This is the exact quiz type I am asking about. Is this achievable? Please send me the details. By the way, my quizmaker version is 13.
Hello Emily, I tried to submit a feature request however it is not working.
Hi Joy,
I downloaded Allisons file and opened in Quizmaker 13 without issue. I have re saved as a new file, can you try the attached?
As far as the feature request, could you try to submit using a different Browser?
Thanks Emily.
