I want to create a practice sequence activity that's not a quiz

Jun 14, 2017

What would be the easiest way to go about creating a practice quiz that isn't graded. I'd like to provide the user an opportunity to practice sequencing activities (exactly like the sequence quiz) without grades or the "you passed" screen popping up upon exiting the activity.

Hi Robert! You can remove the score from each question--here's how!

  1. In Form View, go to the Home tab on the Quizmaker ribbon.
  2. Use the Score drop-down to select None. This prevents the question from being graded (scored). This option is only available for freeform questions.

For the Results Slide, you can use the Result Type drop-down in the Result Slide Options panel on the right side of the screen to select one of the following:

  • Survey: Select this option if you don't need a score. The survey result slide simply tracks whether or not the learner completed your survey.
  • None: Select this option if you want to remove the result slide altogether. Then decide if you want the browser window (or tab) to close when the learner completes the quiz, or if you you want to direct them to a different URL upon completion.

That should you started in the right direction!
