What version of Office did you install? Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. For more information, please review the following article:
But your version of PowerPoint shouldn't be interfering with Quizmaker, which is what it looks like you're using in your screenshot. I'd recommend submitting a case for that.
I have a new laptop and it is 64 bit. I don't know how I can get a 32 bit version. I did submit a support case because this means I cannot use images in my quizzes as a learning tool.
64-bit Windows, or 64-bit Office? Studio is compatible with 64-bit Windows, but If you do in fact have the 64-bit version of Office, you can follow the steps listed under How to Correct This Issue in this article.

I just looked. I have 64 bit Windows and 32 bit Microsoft. Support got back to me so I will look into what they are asking.
