Images in Quizmaker with PPT 2010

What version of Office did you install? Microsoft released a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of Office 2010. Microsoft recommends installing the 32-bit version, and Articulate Presenter '09 will only work with the 32-bit version. Presenter '09 also will not work with the Click To Run version of PowerPoint 2010. But your version of PowerPoint shouldn't be interfering with Quizmaker, which is what it looks like you're using in your screenshot. I'd recommend submitting a case for that. 

I have a new laptop and it is 64 bit.  I don't know how I can get a 32 bit version.  I did submit a support case because this means I cannot use images in my quizzes as a learning tool.

64-bit Windows, or 64-bit Office? Studio is compatible with 64-bit Windows, but If you do in fact have the 64-bit version of Office, you can follow the steps listed under How to Correct This Issue in this article. 

I just looked.  I have 64 bit Windows and 32 bit Microsoft.  Support got back to me so I will look into what they are asking.
