No worries. I appreciate you taking the time to follow up and letting us know that you're still experiencing an issue.

I took a look at the original file you shared above and had no problems importing either. I've attached it below in case it helps you continue with your project.

What version of Quizmaker 360 are you currently using? You can check within the software by clicking on Help > About Quizmaker and the version will be listed in the bottom right of the pop-up box. We are currently on Build 5.26.23748.0 and you can read all of the details here.

If you are already on the latest version, I'd recommend a repair of your current installation to get up and running properly.
