Import Questions and Programmable Quiz

Feb 16, 2015

Hi everyone,

I have two questions about Articulate Quizmaker.

Question 1: Can I import questions from a plain text file? Or using some script to create a quiz from a text file?

Question 2: Can I program the quiz such that, for example, question 2 shows up if the user's response is A for question 1, and question 3 shows up otherwise.

Thanks,

Qinbo

Hi Qinbo,

Question 1: Yes you can import questions from a text file. You will find instructions on how to do so in the last section of this article.

Question 2: You can define branching options depending on whether or not the learner has answered correctly/incorrectly. Certain question types (Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Pick One, Which Word, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot) even allow you to give feedback/define branching options for choices. Check out this article for more information.

I hope that answers your questions! If not, just let me know!

I have created a course in Articulate presenter 13. Have used java script for custom interface development where I have menu play pause exit etc.

Now to update the restrict for the menu option I have to use the update 5 of articulate presenter. But when I publish the course in update 5 the menu restrict query gets solved by my quiz do not work.

Please suggest. Also, my output is an HTML 5.

The print results option also do not work. please suggest
