Incorrect Quiz Calculations

Hi,

I'm using Quizmaker '13 and am seeing incorrect quiz score calculations in some of the exam I create. What could be triggering this? For example, we have a 30 question test and I have double-checked it multiple times to ensure I have indicated the correct answer choice for each question, but when I take it in our LMS, it will come back as a fail (31%). When I review the test questions, it shows answers as incorrect that I know should be correct.

When I run the test in preview, it works great, but once I publish it and upload to the LMS, it does this incorrect calculating.

Hi Melissa!

It may be worth testing this in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you cannot replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you would want to take to your LMS team.
