We have uploaded our Articulate package to an LMS, with a pass mark of 85% in quizmaker and the setting "passed/incomplete" checked. Most testing has worked well, there are a couple of anomolies, please see below:
5th test: my score: 95; I click on "Retry" and my new score is 50; I exit from wbt; for the system wbt is completed with score 85
6th test: my score: 75; I click on "Retry" and my new score is 80; I exit from wbt; for the system wbt is completed with score 85.
Well thanks for the reponses do far. I've had feedback from the LMS adminstrator as follows:
For wbt we don't set the number of attempts, this parameter is set by the supplier. The wbt must manage the number of attempts and also the decision of which score should be recorded on the database.

David, how many attempts are you allowing in your lms, if you are allowing less than 5 none of these changes would register

Thanks for your response. The number of attempts is set to 'unlimited times' in quiz properties.
But how many times is your lms set to record this is seperate to the quizmaker properties
Ah! Apologies. I'll ask the question. Is there anything I else I can ask them to check whilst I'm at it?
No thats the onkly reason I can think of why its not tracking, when it originally did
