We need to insert a customized certificate in a quiz inserted in a Presenter published presentation. What we do is replace the report.html created by default and replace it with ours, however, when we test the quiz, pass and click Print Certificate, nothing happens.
If you are testing the quiz from your local drive, publish for CD and launch the presentation via Launch_presentation.xml to see if that helps. If that does, then the content should work fine when you publish for web or LMS and upload it to a web server or an LMS.
Couldn't you also just make the certificate the last page in the course, make it hidden in the navigation, and have the quiz go to that slide upon completion?
We been having alot of issues with adding a certificate at the end of a quiz or module. We use a flash certificate that was created for articulate but, we think one of the programmers programed it wrong? The problem were having is alot of the nurses are stating the certificate pops up first before their able to start the test. I forgot to let you know were usingĀ we're using Saba Enterprise 5x.
