We have a client that uses only IE. They have some older Articulate Presenter files that use a quizmaker file. They are hosted as SCORM in an LMS. The training files works okay, but the quizmaker file which is published separate results in only a white screen when opened in IE11. Anyone seen this or have any resolutions? They are required to use IE 11 and don't/can't update right now.
Do you know if this issue is only when viewing the files in the LMS? The first step I suggest is to troubleshoot your LMS using SCORM cloud. This will give us a more clarifying explanation of where the issue is stemming from.
