You can set up a result slide to track your survey:
Survey: Select this option if you don't need a score. The survey result slide simply tracks whether or not the learner completed your survey.
You can track the survey results in Articulate Online or any other supported LMS. You will simply need to specify that you want to track the survey in the reporting/tracking options when you publish.

Thanks for the reply. However, i can't find the "Edit Result" button. I guess I need to open Question list first, but, i can't find it either.
Any thought on this? Thanks.
Well Oliver - It looks like you are using Storyline
I provided a Quizmaker answer because that is the forum that you are currently in.
Here is a tutorial on results slides in Storyline, but if you have any further questions, I'd recommend popping into that forum for assistance :)
Thanks Leslie, I get it. I will try to use Quizmaker!
Totally up to you Oliver Thanks for the update.
I am using the Quizmarker 13, thinking to use the survey questions for creating a self-assessment page.
Question.....?
Answer A
Answer B
I wanna show how many A they got, how many B they got at the end result page.
How can I do that? Is that anyway to do that in Articulate?
Thanks.
For anyone following along, Evelyn asked her question here as well with a few more details.
