I haven't seen a lot of discussion here on deep linking. You could certainly add a URL or hyperlink, but I don't believe it would function the same way.
I'd be interested to see if others are able to provide some feedback or some suggestions :)
The idea behind this is making a massive Exam that drives user knowledge.
So are your taking the test, if you get a question wrong it will give you an option to go to a smaller piece of content for review of what they just missed.
So if anyone has ever seen or know if you can hyper link with in this format?
Or my second idea is a button link based on the logic the wrong answer being selected: So far they seems possible but I can't get the button to lunch a second window yet.
To set the browser properties, click on the small "planet" icon next to the File: field for the URL information:
Just keep in mind that this function may not work while previewing. You may need to publish and upload the course to test it properly and ensure the hyperlink functions.

If you simply need to use the URL "https://facebook.com" or something similar, and open that in a new web browser, you can certainly do so.

Highlight the text you'd like to hyperlink and either right-click the text, or choose "Hyperlink" in the Text portion of the ribbon.
