Issues uploading Sequence Drop-Down & Drag and Drop Questions

I have been looking and can not find the correct format for importing Sequence Drag and Drop & Drag and drop questions through Excel. I keep getting errors and wondering if anyone has the trick to make this work! I am using the (|) but then it appears it thinks I am trying to give choice feedback.
