Issues with updating PPT's that were created in older Articulate version

Most of my PPT's were created in the older version of Articulate and now that I have Articulate 360, I am having many problems - sometimes no success at all - updating PPT's created in older version.  I also am not able to publish quizzes previously created.  I am not able to get Quizmaker to open up at all when I am in a PPT created in the older version.  Is there a reset that I can do to completely upgrade?  When I am prompted to upgrade, I always do.  Other points for you to know, I recently got a new laptop and program was downloaded again to it and we recently went to Office 365.  So many changes in a short period of time and I can't figure out what the problem is and how to resolve it.  CRUCIAL!

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing.

It sounds like your Studio 360 is not working as expected and I would advise following the steps here to alleviate the erratic behavior you are seeing.
