Japanese characters are missing on report

Hi,
I have created some quizzes in Japanese and published to my account. Then I looked up the quiz result from HISTORY option. The report with Japanese characters appeared perfectly on the display as below.
In order to print out the report I clicked the PRINT button on the right hand side corner. Then I see the incomplete report with all Japanese characters disappeared. (please see below)
Is there a way to fix this problem?
Addition to this issue, all characters are garbled on CSV file when I use EXPORT option.
