Hello Stephanie! Quizmaker doesn't provide a way to automatically add numbers or letters to your answer choices, so you'd need to add the A, B, C, etc. to the text of your answer choices directly, like in the screenshot below. (Or, another possible option would be to add the letters to a slide master, but that would really only be feasible if all of your questions look very similar... i.e., if they have the same number of answer choices and each question slide has the same layout.)
If you decide to add numbering, you'll want to also change the "Shuffle" option to "None;" otherwise the choices will display in a random order each time.
