Why are my learners able to retake this quiz after they've failed? Don't I have the setting right?
Also, Why can I not change the setting at the question level, to 1 attempt. I have the default question option set to 1, but it is not changing the existing questions and I cannot manually change them either.
Thank you Wendy, I have since discovered that the number of response attempts per question is dependent upon whether feedback is provided (I do not want to provide any feedback at the question level). I have the question default in Quiz Properties set to 1 attempt, but it doesn't help; the learner still must click [Submit] twice in order to continue when the wrong response is selected.
I'm running Studio 360 and have uninstalled the previous version of QM so I can't test your file without upgrading it - which isn't best practice when trying to troubleshoot. I would recommend you log a case with Articulate and get them to take a look.

Thanks I am up against the clock to get this fixed today.
The quiz is not being published on an LMS, I am using Articulate Online. I thought changing the tracking to Pass/Fail would work but it didn't
