Hello, I am quite new. I would like to create a Likert Scale for users to self-assess on several issues on a scale 1 to 10. I cannot find where to change the scale (there is only 1 to 5) and I cannot find either where to change the alt text.
Also I don't know if this is the best to do this. Originally I thought of having a slider but it seems more complicated that I originally thought.

Each question has Always, Sometimes and Rarely as the answer but each answer will have a different value dependant on the question being asked - is this possible to create in Articulate?
