Link to most recent upadate of QM 09

Is there a page that I can go to (on the Articulate Web site) that will show me the most recent update and what changes/fixes that it contains. The reason I ask, is that I have noticed that when my QM 09 application opens, it does a search for any new updates, but it never finds one and I know there have been 2 or 3 since I purchased my QM 09. I may not be understanding how this is to works, but I never know if I have the latest update running unless I see someone posting a problem here and is then recommended to update to the latest update by an Articulate support person. I would like to be able to check for myself from time-to-time. Isn't the QM09 application suppose to check for these as the application is loading, or am I not understanding how that is to work?
Not an Articulate question I guess, bu maybe someone nows the answer to this. I was told that IE 09 is NOT available for XP OSs - Is that correct?

Hi Larry. For the past two updates we did not turn on automatic updates since the issues they addressed were considered minor. So if you happen to encounter an issue that is addressed in the update, we would point it out to you. Otherwise, running the last version that had automatic updates turned on was deemed fine.
