Ok, so this has been asked before but I don't see that it has ever been resolved. We are using Quizmaker 13 and dumping into Meridian. As others have reported all of the data isn't coming over in the Ad Hoc reports, Meridian said just use QLDManifest.xml.
Is this XML file generated or does this need to be edited for each question?

To send question text (which is what I assume QLD means) to your LMS, publish for SCORM 2004 or Tin Can API (also called Experience API or xAPI).
You can see all of the items that we sent to the LMS in this article.
Outside of that, I'm not sure what Meridian may require, so hopefully someone more savvy with that platform will be able to chime in and assist.
