LMS recording only passing score on exam

I have created a 240 question stand-alone exam in Quizmaker 09. Upon testing with our LMS, I discovered that the score is being passed to the LMS if the student scores 85% or higher (this is the passing score I have set in the quizmaker properties) and the exam is being recorded as completed. However, if the student scores lower than 85%, the LMS does not record a score and shows the exam as being incomplete.
We would also like to be able to run reports on question level data. Why is this information not being passed to the LMS? I am using the pass/fall option when publishing.
Any ideas on what is happening? How can I fix this? We want the LMS to record the score, period, and show the exam as being complete.

It may be that you are using passed/incomplete instead of passed/failed as I understand it articulate passes all of the information to the lms and it is up to the lms what it keeps

Phil,
I doublechecked, I am using the Passed/Failed option rather than the Passed/Incomplete option. Any other ideas out there?
Hi Cindy,
I'd recommend following all of the troubleshooting steps in the link below:

However, as Phil stated, although we send the data, it's up to the LMS to decide what information to keep and not to keep. Therefore, you may need to contact your LMS vendor for additional support.
Thanks Brian! I have contacted our LMS guy and he is working on the problem. In the meantime, I am going to try some of the suggestions from the link you posted.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Thanks,
Cindy
