Matching Drag and Drop Question Issue

I wondered if you could assist me?  One of our staff members are having a problem with the matching drag and drop questions within an e-learning course I designed, he is saying that he can not pick anything up with the mouse to drag and drop in order to answer the question.

I have had a long conversation on how he can physically answer this and he swears he is doing as I am asking him to no avail.  Unfortunately I can not tap into his PC as he is using a home laptop and I do not know the laptop's specifications, or know if he can find them himself.

The rest of the e-learning and quiz is working fine for him and I have checked and other people have been ok doing these drag and drops so it is not a question issue.  Is there anything his laptop could be missing?

Hi there Clare,

How is your coworker accessing the quiz? Is it uploaded to a web server or LMS? Please try to make sure that he's not viewing the published output locally.

If you view a published Studio '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

If he's viewing the project after it's been uploaded to a server, he may want to try to make sure he has the latest version of Flash installed. If that doesn't help, he may want to try viewing the project in a different web browser.
