Missing areas in Quiz Properties

From the tutorial in "Customizing Question Feedback" by "jeanettebrooks", it appears I'm missing the part of the Default Feedback that allows you to change the default correct and incorrect responses for all questions.
Mine looks like this:
What gives?

It was and it wasn't. Am I still missing that part of the Quiz Properties or is this just how the new Quizmaker '13 is now?
Yes, Trent. Looks like you had some documentation from Quizmaker '09.
