Missing Quiz after upload

I am new to Articulate and hoping someone can help me. Im honestly not sure if my issue is Articulate related or Sum Total related however I figured I would just start here. I created a course within Presenter and added a Quiz via Quizmaker. I published my course and ensured my settings showed the quiz attached and that the progress of the course would be determined by the quiz however after I uploaded the zipped file and tested it out, I am not seeing the quiz attached. Is there something else that I should be doing to ensure that my quiz is attaching? Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

I will also note that when i preview the course in present prior to publishing, the quiz does not show however it does prompt me that I need to complete the quiz to exit.

I got it to work. Well I actually had to delete the attachment to the question and create new questions (via importing the questions from the prior source) and attached it. I am not sure what happened!
