Let's say we have a question where two of four answers are correct. If they get one answer right, they get one point. If they answer both correctly, they get two points.
Within Quizmaker there is not a partial scoring option. Certain question types, such as Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Pick One, Which Word, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot do allow for scoring by choice, so you could assign points based on if the user chooses one answer vs. the other - but not an option if they're able to choose more than one answer (such as multiple response question).
Hopefully if others in the community have created something similar to what you need they'll be able to share here with you.
