Multiple Response - auto set response to remove checkmark

Hi there,

I am using a multiple response question with six responses. I separated the responses into 3 sets of 2 (just by adding extra spaces between each pair). There are three correct answers -one correct answer for each set of questions.

Is it possible to auto set the responses to remove the check mark from one when the learner selects the other (from within each pair)?
