Hi, I'd like to create a "chart" in Quizmaker that allows employees to click inside a cell and then type in responses to question prompts. The clickable cell will be a Quizmaker Short Answer text box. At present, it appears that Quizmaker only allows for one Short Answer text box per slide. Is it possible to add more than one Short Answer text box per slide?
The attached image shows the chart that I'd like to reproduce in Quizmaker.

The software is set up for one question per slide.
