Multiple Statements and Just 2 Correct Answers

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this one.

I am currently writing a course on Data Protection and i want to give my learners a statement

about a person and ask them to choose whether certain parts of the statement are either PERSONAL INFORMATION or SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION, therefore need 2 correct answers only but multiple statements which need matching to one of the two answers.

Have tried this as a drop down response but it just shows each answer multiple times in the drop down menu!

Anyone got any ideas?
