weird problem....but each slide takes more and more clicks to advance. I can't find anything in the setting that I changed or can change to affect this.
It looks like Quizmaker is requiring the user to remain on the content slides until the timeline ends.
To fix this, try dragging the end of the timeline to the left, until the total timeline duration is .5 seconds. Then Preview the entire project, and you should be able to click the Next button without an issue.

I wanted to also mention that you can remove the Restricted Navigation altogether by clicking Player >> Question List >> Navigation Restriction: Free.
With that setting, you won't need to adjust the timeline duration.

restricted button.
