I'm having trouble getting this module to report back as completed. After answering the questions correctly and selecting 'finish', instead of reporting back as completed and allowing me to start the next course an error message pops up informing me that the file is missing. HELP PLEASE!
I'm afraid it looks like there's an issue with the SCORM site, or the file paths. Have you reached out to them to see if something might be going on with their servers, or if they know what might cause that error?
Also, have you tried testing the course on a different server? You won't be able to see the scoring, but you can upload to Tempshare to test the project. Another option would be to try the 30 day free trial of Articulate Online. This would help narrow the problem down to see if it's simply a problem with the server that's hosting it, or if it's related to the file itself.
