I'm new to Articulate 360 and am trying having trouble figuring out how to fix an issue with a QuizMaker file that I'm building. When I click the "Continue" button from the remediation slides, the next slide that shows, for a split second, is the question slide. The slide then proceeds to the Next Question slide, as it should. I'm then able to answer the question, view the remediation, and then the quiz, again, for a split second, shows that question slide before proceeding to the next slide. How do I get the question slide to not display again after the user clicks "Continue" from the Remediation slide? Any help is appreciated!
This happens in both Preview and Published mode. Any help is appreciated! This is driving me bananas.
Can you tell me more about the remediation slides you're using? Are you referring to the correct and incorrect feedback layers? Would you mind sharing a few sample slides with me so I can take a closer look?
I am having a similar problem and wonder if there was any resolution for this. I'm also new to Presenter 360 and my quiz questions (in both Preview and Published versions), flash a version of the question again after the learner clicks Continue on the feedback layer, before proceeding to the next slide. I figure I set up the question incorrectly but cannot figure out how to correct it. Thanks for any guidance you can offer. Teri
We have documented an issue with the base layer of your question slides flashing briefly after clicking the continue button on the feedback layers. When you click the continue button, it will "hide" the feedback layer and jump to the next slide. I know you would like this to happen at the same time so you don't see the flashing.
I'm adding this discussion to our report so we can notify you of any changes to that behavior!
Hi again. Is there any update on this? I am ready to have SMEs review the presentation using Presenter Quiz questions and since there are several one question quizzes interspersed in a 50 slide presentation, this problem is obvious and distracting. Or, is there a workaround?
Please see above. In addition, as a non-Articulate slide transitions TO a Quiz question, there is also a very tiny flash the that slide before the Quiz question presents!
