Partial certificate?

I've got a couple of courses using Engage and Quizmaker, which are hosted online, but not within an LMS.

I had a user who partially completed the quiz, and then came back another day to finish it, and the resulting certificate only showed those questions answered in the second session.

Any help on how to prevent this, and have the certificate show all questions/answers?
