I am having a similar problem. I have created over 100 presentations that conclude with a quiz. The quiz is set to track using quiz results. I am using a custom presenter template and a custom quiz template. Some but not all of these modules do not record the score in the LMS when the student completes the quiz successfully. Sometimes the module does not show quiz results and end the class when selected. The puzzle is that it is not consistent across all classes or all quizzes. I, of course, believe that I have been perfectly consistent in configuring each module. Can you give me a list of key points to inspect to discover what is triggering the errors?

Hi Paul and welcome to Heroes,
It sounds like your quizzes are hitting the suspend data limit. The suspend data is basically the information about the quiz that Articulate sends to the LMS. If you're using AICC or SCORM 1.2, the amount of data that can be accepted by the LMS is relatively small. If your LMS supported SCORM 2004 3rd Edition, try publishing your content to that standard and testing it.
Thanks for publishing the case to your AO account and letting me test it. I can replicate the issue. However, in order to resolve the issue, I'll need your quiz file.

Are you saying that the score doesn't display on the results slide or in an LMS?
After attempting the quiz, the final score for pass/fail results should be displayed on the result slide. But it doesn't.
It just says:
Your score:
Passing score:
The scores don't display.
have you custmised the results screen and inadvertantly deleted the fields for score

I've localized the quiz including the template in Romanian language, but have not even touched the score fields.
