What I'm seeing is that our LMS shows completed even if a quiz was not passed at the pass rate set in the system.
Is there something that I should be setting to send the pass or fail status? The LMS does show the score, but doesn't acknowledge that it was a failing score.
Hi, Linda -- Thanks for your question! May I ask if you have had a chance to take a look at this information on How to Report Completion Status and Success Status to an LMS? And have you also had a chance to test your published output in the SCORM Cloud to see if you are finding the same behavior in that environment?
Good afternoon. Are you saying use the SCORM Cloud instead of publishing in our LMS? I've also contacted our LMS provider to ensure they support Tin Can API.
Hi, Linda -- Thanks for your reply, and I mentioned the SCORM Cloud, as it is the industry standard for LMS testing. Typically, we will recommend that you test in SCORM Cloud to see if you find the same behavior as what you are seeing in your LMS. If everything works as it should in the SCORM Cloud, we will usually recommend that you reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional insights.
Thanks for the suggestion... however, when I tried to upload the file I got
the following warning message:
Course import failed: ERROR: Activity ID 'http://testing 02' is not an
absolute URI
Do you have any idea what this means?
Hi Linda! Christie is out of the office today. Are you publishing your quiz for LMS as explained here? You would want to upload the published output to test. If you wish to share your .quiz file I can take a look.
Thanks Leslie... I have published the stand alone Quiz as you suggested and attached the Quiz zip file. I did try to upload to the SCROM Cloud for testing and I got the following error message:
Course import failed: ERROR: Activity ID 'http://O2 SATS Quiz' is not an absolute URI
This is the same message I get when I try to upload an entire module.

Found it. Go to your Reporting and Tracking button and delete the value in the Identifier field. That is what is driving the error.
The Identifier field is a unique string of characters assigned by Quizmaker. Your LMS uses it to identify your content. If you're republishing a quiz that's already in your LMS, don't change the value in this field.

Glancing at that file, it does not appear to have been published for LMS. However, I tried uploading assuming it was web and it's not working either.
Do you have the original file that I could publish/test?
Sure attached is the file.. plus a screen shot of the publish screen
