A client passed a quiz, but it shows as a fail.
Any ideas what may cause this? I can't replicate on my computer.

Hi Steve,
Without you being able to recreate it, it's hard to determine what could have happened. Is it only this one user? If you can find out more about how they were viewing and accessing the quiz, and any other differences in terms of quiz navigation please let us know and we can do some further troubleshooting.
