Pictures get invisible in Quizmaker

Just a quick and random shot - Can you try changing the type to (may be) jpeg?

If your inserted image in a Quizmaker quiz does not display when published, please review the following pointers: 

• Your quiz should be located on the same drive that contains your Windows folder (usually your c: drive). The default location is My Documents\My Articulate Quizmaker Quizzes. 
• Check to make sure that you are using a supported image type. Supported image types include .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG, .SWF. If the image is wider than 200 pixels, Articulate Quizmaker will automatically size it to fit on the question screen and provide a "Zoom" feature for the user. 
• You should also confirm that your image is web ready (RGB). CMYK images will need to be converted to work. You can do this with a 3rd party photo editor such as Microsoft Paint. 
• Your image file should be located on a local drive, not a network drive.

Thanks for your tip and suggestions.

The pictures are .PNGs and the strange thing is that it is only some of them. Also the get invisible when i look at then in QuizMaker, i do not need to do any Preview or publish.

On the same slide i have other .png pictures that look fine.

How sensitive is quizmaker if i have a png in a PP file and then copy paste the image into quizmaker. Could that be the problem?

But if this is the case i am still puzzled that the picture frame holders are still in the quizmaker page....

Anyone know how I can enhance the image view in quizmaker? I uploaded a balane sheet as a PNG, also tried JPG and GIF and when it expands in the preview window it appears blurry (see attachment). Specs are 687 x 772 and it's 92 kb. I will try to get a higher quality, but it's from a screenshot. Any tips will help. Thanks

Hi Margharita! 

Have you set the quality of the image in the settings? You should be able to set it as lossless. In Quiz Properties-> Quality, you can tick custom and move the slider up to 100%. If that doesn't do the trick, another option might be using the zoom tool. Let us know if either of those will work for you. Thanks!

Hi Peter,

I tried increasing the image quality to 100%, still got an unclear image. When I deselected the zoom, the image remained small on the slide. Is there a way to resize it on the slide?  I have attached the original image in case the quality of my original is low.

Peter, I just realised that the custom quality isn't sticking. It is defaulting back the minimum compressed option. Is there something I'm forgetting to do? Thanks.

Hello Magharita,

Make sure you select "custom" and NOT Customize for Web delivery.

Also if you insert the Picture in Slide View - you much more control over how it displays.

Has there been a fix for this original issue of png images becoming invisible?  I'm having the same issues.  It's ONLY png images.
