Please help - issue with Quizmaker

Good Afternoon,

I've been working on a fleet of courses and keeping them in separate folders on my desktop.  Each time that I create a new quiz for a course and save it, a quiz file does not appear in the course folder.  Then when I open up the next course on my list, the quiz that was previously there, has been replaced by the last quiz I worked on.  It seems like each course is pulling a quiz from some other location or perhaps a template that I cannot find.  It's making me crazy!  Please help.  I'm fairly new to articulate so I'm sure there is something I'm missing.
